Where are you from?

What’s your daily routine?
I wake up super early, meditate then I go straight to my laptop to make beats. I probably make 5-6 beats a day.
How would you describe your craft?
Authentic, Reckless, Magnificent all of that.
When do you feel the most creative/What’s the vibe when you’re making music?
It’s kind of tough, it varies a lot for me, sometimes it’s the morning. I like to make music alone, I don’t want influences around me, that’s why I don’t really collaborate with other producers because I feel like that’s not me 100% you feel me?
What about WondaGurl?
With her, it’s super different. When we’re at the studio we don’t even speak, we really understand each other musically. I let her do what she wants and she does the same with me, so the final product is super authentic.
How did you end up producing for Don Toliver?
I was in the studio with my manager and I was like you know what? I’m going to make a crazy turnt beat, I made it in 10 minutes. Two weeks later I was in Toronto with WondaGurl and she told me that Don Toliver used the beat.
What did you want to be as a kid?
I wanted to play in the NBA and I always loved music so I just transitioned from basketball to making beats.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live?
Honestly, LA. I really like the vibe out there, hidden hills all of that. I also love Paris, I feel like I’m in the early 2000s when I’m in Paris, it’s hard to explain. I love it there.

Same grind, influence more people, get more plaques. Keep all the positive energy around me.
